Ham Fried Rice

Directions

1. Scramble eggs & set aside.

2. Add 1 Tbsp oil to a skillet, stir fry garlic & onion. Add ham and frozen veggies and stir until veggies start to soften.

3. Add cooked rice. Blend in mushroom seasoning and soy sauce to taste.

4. Store in scrambled eggs.
