If you are planning a summer trip to Oahu with teens? Add this 1/2 day adventure to Haleiwa on the North Shore to your itinerary!

Start your day bright and early with North Shore Shark Adventures for an unforgettable shark cage dive! I was nervous at first, but it was a BLAST, and my teens couldn't stop raving about it. You'll meet early to catch calmer waters, hop into a secure cage, and watch sharks glide right beneath the surface.

It's thrilling yet safe, though if you're prone to seasickness, keep an eye on the waves as the cage can get bumpy.

We saw sharks the moment we entered the cage, and pulling ourselves underwater to watch them swim by was surreal.

No one on our boat felt seasick, and it was a major highlight.

Afterwards, explore the charming Haleiwa town. Stroll the Main Street for unique shops and cool art galleries, then grab. lunch at a food truck. Our pick? Haleiwa Seafood for their coconut-encrusted mahi-mahi salad with papaya seed dressing - it was SO GOOD!

On your way back, stop at the Dole Pineapple Plantation for a sweet treat. The Dole Whip with fresh pineapple is a must! They also have some delicious food if you aren't in the mood for ice cream. My son loves their pork sandwich.

Sharks, shopping and delicious eats - this. is. the perfect way to spend a day on Oahu's North Shore! Check out North Shore Shark Adventures for booking details.
