Sage Turkey Meat Loaves with Onion & Cider Gravy

We LOVE this recipe! The meat loaves are great on their own, but I think the cider gravy is what puts them over the top. I hope this becomes a favorite for you and your family!
Ingredients

2 pounds ground turkey

1 medium shredded peeled apple

½ cup dry breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons minced fresh sage

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Gravy: 1 tablespoon Butter
-
Gravy: 1 large sweet onion, vertically sliced

Gravy: 1 cup apple cider
-
Gravy: 1 cup fat-free, low-sodium chicken broth

Gravy: 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
-
Gravy: 1 tablespoon water

Gravy: ¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Divide turkey mixture into 6 equal portions, shaping each into an oval or circle loaf. Place loaves on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the center registers 165 degrees.
While meat loans bake, prepare Onion & Cider Gravy. Serve meat loaves with gravy.
Gravy: Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add onion. Cook 10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
While onion cooks, bring cider and broth to a boil in a medium saucepan; boil 23 minutes or until reduced to 1 cup. Combine cornstarch, water, and salt; add to reduced cider mixture, stiffing constantly with a whisk. Cook over medium heat 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Stir in onion.
