Rice on the Stove Top

Directions

1. Bring water to a boil in a medium pot.

2. While water is boiling, run tap water over the uncooked rice a couple of times to wash off the excess gluten on the rice, (water will be murky).

3. Once water is boiling, add rice to the water.

4. Set a timer for 10 minutes and then check every minute or so until the rice is done to the consistency you are looking for.

5. Drain the rice in a colander & enjoy!
