This is a great addition to any party or get together!
Ingredients
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 8 oz drained crushed pineapple
1/8 cup chopped red or green pepper
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Mix together cream cheese, pineapple, chopped pepper and green onion.
On a strip of cellophane, sprinkle a light layer of nuts. Spoon desired amount of cheese ball on top. Sprinkle nuts on top and side of ball then fold cellophane over and shape cheese ball.
