Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut potatoes into wedges. Add in spice mixture and coat potatoes.
Place aluminum foil in a baking sheet & spray with cooking oil. Spread out potatoes on the sheet.
Bake for 40 min. Check often & flip the potatoes to get them crispy on all sides.
