Homemade Croutons

Homemade croutons are so delicious!  They are so easy to make and taste amazing. Start with a loaf of french bread.  I end up using about half of it for croutons for a large salad.

Cut up french bread into 1 inch cubes. 

Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil in a frying pan and swirl to coat the pan.  Put cut up bread into the pan and sprinkle generously with garlic salt.  Add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil over the top of the bread.

Over medium-low heat, stir the bread until it toasts.  Taste test and add more garlic salt or more oil as needed.  Enjoy!
