Asian Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Super easy dinner idea that is both high in protein and low carb. Add some rice if you want to make it into a bowl.
Ingredients

2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil

1 cup finely chopped onion

1 lb ground turkey breast

¾ tsp garlic salt

¼ tsp pepper

1 12oz bag of broccoli slaw

½ cup Teriyaki Sauce

6-8 romaine lettuce leaves
Directions
Add olive oil to a pan. Once hot, add in the chopped onion, garlic salt and pepper. Stir until softened about 5 minutes.
Add in the ground turkey, crumble and cook through.
Add in a bag of broccoli slaw and the teriyaki sauce.
After veggies have softened, taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Scoop into lettuce leaves or mix in a rice bowl.
